The new medical mode of the emergency department in Xijing Hospital which bases on the electronic medical records system

Abstract：The use of electronic medical records system in large and medium-sized hospitals in domestic has been quite common, however, most hospitals have no emergency electronic medical records system by now, meanwhile the outpatient medical records system and hospital medical records system are unable to reflect the characteristics of emergency medical work very well, which restricts the overall development of emergency department. To solve the problem mentioned above, the research and development group of emergency electronic medical records system in Xijing Hospital of Fourth Military Medical University invented the emergency electronic medical records system of Xijing Hospital.It embodies the work characteristics of emergency fully, fills the blank of emergency electronic medical records system in domestic, improves the efficiency of emergency medical work and the satisfaction of the patients and their families and promotes the development of medical, scientific and teaching work in the emergency department, and the emergency electronic medical record system based on“big data” will be the effort direction in the future.
