Results Atypical pathogens was the main pathogenesis of community -acquired pneumonia in our country, patients with atypical pathogens respiratory tract infection had a poor prognosis and were valuable to multiple complication .Patients with fluoroquinolone treatment had a better treatment effect compared with macrolide due to macrolide resistance .
