Abstract:Objective To analyze the ST segment elevation myocardial infarction in monocyte subsets (STEMI) effects of acute phase change on the prognosis of the patients, to provide the clinical index for predicting the prognosis of patients. Methods 733 cases of STEMI patients in our hospital from 2008 May ~2014 year in May, according to its prognosis is divided into death group(n=62) and survival group(n=671), a retrospective comparison of the level of two groups of acute mononuclear cell subsets, and analyzes its influence on prognosis. Results in group CD14 ++CD16 -, CD14 ++CD16+levels in patients were significantly higher than those in control group (P<0.05), two in group CD14+CD16 ++with no statistical difference ( P<0.05 ); the level of CD14 ++CD16 -in death group was significantly higher than the survival group ( P <0.05 ) , no statistically significant in two groups of patients CD14 +CD16 ++, CD14 ++CD16 + level difference (P >0.05).Conclusion monocyte subsets, especially affect the prognosis of patients with typical mononuclear cell subsets and intermediate monocyte subsets of ST segment elevation acute myocardial infarction, indicating higher effect of the changes on prognosis of the patients, and could be used as a therapeutic target for myocardial infarction, further research proposals.
