The diagnosis and treatment in 2 patients with the fulminant pulmonary edema
Abstract：Objective To explore the pathogenesis, prevention measures and treatment of fulminant neurogenic pulmonary edema ( NPE) .Methods The clinical data of 18 patients with cerebral hemorrhage were retrospectively analyzed, and the NPE happened in a short time in the course of treatment was observed and analyzed.Methods Fifteen patients were cure, 2 patients were dead because of acute respiratory distress syndrome ( ARDS ) and complicated with multiple organ failure ( MOF) and 1 patient was dead of cerebral hernia.Results The fulminant NPE is a really rare disease but fatal complication in the cerebral hemorrhage, and it should be paid enough attention in order to grasp its characteristics and give timely prevention and treatment by emergency doctors.Conclusion
