Update in the clinical management of sept ic shock

Abstract：Septic shock is a quite common critical shock in clinical work in emergency department.In recent years,anti -infection therapies and organ support technologies have made considerable progress, but the fatality rate of severe infection is as high as 30% ~70%.As the expanding understanding on septic shock by a large number of investigations, the clinical treatment principles and methods changed and developed a lot accordingly.This paper tries to do a review on the current new study of clinical treatment of septic shock, hoping to provide reference for clinical work.
