Research progress in the pathogenesis of septic shock

Abstract：Septic shock is the key point and difficulty of the emergency work.It's pathogenesis is complicated, involving oxidation -reduction reaction, function disorder of immunologic cell and coagulopathy.With the development of biomedical research, studies on septic shock has deepened in cellular and molecular levels.A lot of new ideas and new evidences emerge, which make a larger complement and development for traditional etiology and pathogenesis of septic shock.It's very important that grasping of the latest research in the field of dynamic for clinic work.This paper tries to do a review on the progress of the current studies on new pathogenesis of septic shock, hoping to provide reference for clinical work.
