The clinical practice of community acquired pneumonia in emergency department

Abstract：Community-acquired pneumonia(CAP) is not only a common infectious disease in emergency department, but also the most common objects in the emergency observation and emergency in-hospital treatment.Severe community-acquired pneumonia should be admitted to the ICU ward. However, the clinical definition, epidemiology, etiology distribution, pathophysiology, clinical diagnosis, assessment of disease severity, standardized treatment clinics levels varies due to the geographical differences, this paper will focus on aspects of community-acquired pneumonia mentioned above, aiming to regulate and enhance diagnosis and treatment of CAP in the emergency department.
