Effect of Chinese medicine "Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue capsule"on immune function of patients with sepsis
Abstract：Objetcive To investigate the effect of Chinese medicine "Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue Capsule"on immune system in patients with sepsis.Methods Sixty-two cases of patients with sepsis using envelopes were randomly divided into control group (30 cases) and treatment group (32 cases). The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment of sepsis , the treatment group based on routine treatment of western medicine combined with Huaxian capsule containing Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue Chinese medicines.Immunoglobulin ( IgG ) and TRL4 of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results Compared with control group, the serum IgG and TRL4 levels were decreased significantly in treatment group after received a combined treatment of TCM and Western medicine ( P<0.05) .Conclusion Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue Capsule can effectively improve the immune function of patients with sepsis.
