Abstract:Objective To investigate the prognosis and risk factors of atypical pathogens respiratory tract infection .Metho ds We analyzed the incidence of atypical pathogens , admission rate and mortality rate, and summarized the prognosis of the atypical pathogens respiratory tract infection . The difference of prognosis of atypical pathogens in drug resistance and various complications were compared in order to analyze the the effect of drug resistance and various complications on prognosis . Results Patients with atypical pathogens respiratory tract infection had a poor prognosis and were valurable to multiple complications . Patients had a higher incidence of complications and poorer prognosis with multiple complications and macrolide -resistance.Conclusion Atypical pathogens respiratory tract infection should be treated early , and antibiotic therapy for atypical pathogens can significantly improve prognosis , reduce the the number of days needed to reach clinical stability , hospital stays and mortality rates .
