Efficacy of Xuebijing injection for severe fever with thrombocytopenia syndrome
Abstract：Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Xuebijing injection for severe fever with thrombocytopenia syndrome ( SFTS).Methods Systemic inflammation response syndrome ( SIRS), APACHEⅡ, SOFA, DIC and blood platelet were statistically analyzed in a total of 80 patients with SFTS admitted to our hospital .Results One week after treatment , the DIC and blood platelet in the trial group returned to normal more significantly than those in control group (P<0.05), and the DIC and blood platelet returned to normal more significantly within the trial group .The other evaluating indicators all returned to normal more significantly within these two groups (P<0.05) , but these two groups had no remarkable difference (P>0.05).Conclusion Xuebijing injection can make the DIC and blood platelet return to normal more significantly for the patients who have severe fever with thrombocytopenia syndrome.
