T o observe the clinical curative effect of the treatment of sepsis with combination of TCM and Western Medicine

Abstract：Objective Through yi qi huo xue jie du to observe therapeutic effect of sepsis . Methods 62 patients with sepsis were treated divide treatment group ( n=31) treated and control group ( n=31 ) .Treatment group given yi qi huo xue jie du native Chinese medicine .Observation method of yi qi huo xue jie du patients sepsis of the influence of TNF -alpha and IL -6.Results The treatment group the TNF -alpha and IL -6 levels, compared with model group significantly ( P <0.05 ). Conclusion yi qi huo xue jie du method can effectively prevent the release of inflammatory mediators , improve the efficient of inflammatory sepsis antagonism .
