Acute kidney injury in obstetric patients
Abstract:Objective The aim of this study is to investigate the risk factors , treatment and result of acute kidney injury in obstetric patients .Methods This retrospective study included all obstetric patients with acute kidney injury in Zhangzhou Municipal Hospital from January 2004 to December 2012.Results A total of 60 patients were included.Their average age was (28.82 ±6.30) years.Thirty -five patients had obstetric complications , and 25 patients had comorbidity .Death occurred in 9 cases (15.00%).Conclusion AKI is a potential fatal complication in obstetric patients.Early diagnosis, remove incentives, timely termination of pregnancy and timely blood purification treatment are the keys to improve the success rate of rescue .
