Sufentanil in emergency brain injury with fentanyl anesthesia in applied research

Abstract：Objective To study the sufentanil, rui fentanyl application effect in the emergency brain trauma surgery anesthesia . Methods Between September 2010 and June 2012 emergency operation in our hospital 87 cases of craniocerebral injury patients were randomly divided into two groups, respectively using sufentanil and fentanyl anesthesia , comparing two groups of patients'blood pressure, heart rate, anesthesia time, wake up time, tracheal extubation time and length of hospital stay, postoperative incidence of adverse reactions observed two groups of patients .Results Two groups of patients'blood pressure , heart rate comparative differences between groups had no statistical significance (P>0.05).Sufentanil group of patients with waking time , tracheal extubation time, and length of hospital stay were lower than fentanyl group , differences were statistically significant ( P <0.05 ) .Two groups of anesthesia time , the incidence of adverse reactions there was no statistically significant difference ( P >0.05).Conclusion Sufentanil used in emergency surgery anesthesia , traumatic brain injury has good controllability , waking up the advantages of quick , less adverse reaction , can provide satisfactory anesthetic effect of emergency management for brain injury , the operation smoothly.
