Study on G protein-cAMP signal of peripheral blood lymphocyte from patients with systemic lupus erythematosus
Abstract：Objective To observe the relation between the peripheral blood lymphocyte (PBL)proliferation and cAMP level,and Gprotein-mediated signal mechaniam from fatients with systemic tupus erythematosus(SLE).Methods Lymphocyte proliferation,cAMP radioimmunoassay were used.Results The increase of PBL proliferation in SLE patients was relating to the decrease of the cAMP level.Pertussis toxin(PT)could partially increase the PBL cAMP level of SLE patients.Conclusion PT-sensitive Gi protein deals with the PBL abonrmal proliferation in SLE patients.
