Research progress of postoperative infection of arthroscopic rotator cuff repair

Abstract:Postoperative infection of arthroscopic rotator cuff repair (ARCR) is a low-incidence but serious complication. In recent years, related research on postoperative infection of ARCR has gradually increased, and the understanding has also been deepened. This article reviews the diagnosis, etiology, treatment, and prevention of postoperative infection of ARCR in order to provide relevant evidence for accurate diagnosis, active prevention, and effective treatment, so as to reduce the postoperative infection rate, increase the cure rate, and improve the quality of life of patients after surgery.
