Abstract:Osteosarcoma (OS) is a highly malignant primary bone tumor with complex mechanisms of occurrence and development, high mortality, and disability rate. Its treatment faces challenges such as recurrence and metastasis, which seriously affect the health and quality of life of patients. In recent years, it has been found that Kruppel-like family factors (KLFs) are expressed in OS and regulate the progression of OS with the continuous development of molecular and gene analysis techniques for OS. This article reviews the expression of KLFs in OS and their relationship with the progression of OS, and summarizes the research progress of KLFs-targeting drugs in the treatment of OS, providing a theoretical basis for the treatment of OS.
