Abstract:Objective To evaluate the accuracy of lower limb force lines measured in full view DR images by comparing EOS imaging systems. Methods This study was a prospective study.A full view DR and EOS imaging systems were used to perform a full-length examination of the lower limb and measure the lower limb force line for the same patient with knee osteoarthritis. Results A total of 27 patients was included(6 males and 21 females). The age ranged from 48 to 80 years old, with an average of(63.67±7.68)years.All research subjects were measured separately for the left and right lower limbs, with a total of 54 cases. There was no statistically significant difference in the measurement of lower limb force line between the full-range DR and EOS imaging systems(P>0.05).The P-value of hip-knee-ankle was 0.331,the P-value of lateral distal femoral angle was 0.140,the P-value of medial proximal tibial angle was 0.359 and the P-value of joint line convergence angle was 0.974.Conclusions Although full view DR has edge amplification effect, its impact on lower limb force line measurement is relatively small.
