Abstract:Objective To understand the radionuclide bone imaging characteristics of children with neuroblastoma bone metastasis and the clinical value of radionuclide bone imaging in the diagnosis of children with neuroblastoma bone metastasis. Methods A total of 300 patients diagnosed with neuroblastoma in children with bone scintigraphy results were analyzed, and compared with adults with bone metastasis. Results ( 1 ) Children with neuroblastoma bone metastasis-positive rate was 24%; ( 2 ) Neuroblastoma bone metastasis in children was found in the long bone and the distribution was symmetric; ( 3 ) Uptake of bone metastases was relatively low in density; ( 4 ) The proportion of patients who had less than 10 metastatic foci was 82%; The common metastatic sites were in the bones of extremities, accounted for 46.83%; and femur was the most common site, accounted for 23.4%. Conclusions Children's neuroblastoma radionuclide bone metastases in bone scintigraphy have unique characteristics and systemic radionuclide imaging has important clinical value in the diagnosis of children with neuroblastoma bone metastasis.
