Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of feedforward control based multiple nursing in patients undergoing proximal femoral fracture surgery. Methods A total of 144 patients with proximal femoral fractures admitted to Henan Provincial People's Hospital from October 2022 to October 2024 were selected as the research subjects. The patients were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group using random number table method, with 72 patients in each group. The control group received routine perioperative nursing intervention, while the observation group received multiple nursing interventions under feedforward control on the basis of the control group. The perioperative indicators, coagulation function indicators,Harris scores, and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups of patients. Results There were no statistical differences between the two groups of patients in terms of surgical time, intraoperative blood loss, incision length,as well as prothrombin time, platelet count, and activated partial thromboplastin time before and after surgery(P>0.05).The observation group had shorter mobilization time, hospitalization time, and fracture healing time than the control group(P<0.05).Both groups showed significant improvement in Harris scores at 1 and 3 months after discharge compared to preoperative levels, and the Harris scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group after discharge(P<0.05).After surgery, there were 2 and 8 cases of deep vein thrombosis,2 and 6 cases of wound infection,5 and 7 cases of lower limb swelling,2 and 4 cases of delayed healing, and 1 and 5 cases of subcutaneous bruising in the observation group and control group, respectively; The incidence of complications had statistical difference between the two groups(16.67%vs 41.67%,P<0.05).Conclusion For surgical patients who suffered from proximal femoral fracture, feedforward control based multiple nursing intervention could shorten the healing time of fractures, promote hip joint function recovery, and reduce the risk of postoperative complications.
