Construction and application of preventive nursing plan based on timing theory for perioperative deep vein thrombosis in patients with femoral fracture

Abstract：Objective To construct preventive nursing program based on timing theory for deep vein thrombosis(DVT)during perioperative period of femoral fracture,and to evaluate its application effect.Methods Two rounds of expert inquiry questionnaire were used to construct the perioperative DVT preventive nursing plan for patients with femoral fracture.According to different hospitalization periods,the first 60 patients with femoral fractures admitted to Henan Provincial People's Hospital from February 1,2022 to January 31,2023,were included as the control group,and the first 60 patients admitted from February 1,2023 to January 31,2024,were included as the observation group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given the additional preventive nursing plan based on the timing theory for perioperative DVT in patients with femoral fracture.The DVT incidence,clinical recovery,coagulation indexes of patients as well as nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The authority coefficients of the two rounds of expert consultation were 0.823 and 0.836 respectively,indicating high authority and credibility.The incidence of DVT in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(11.67%vs 26.67%,P<0.05).The first time out of bed and hospitalization time of the observation group were shortened when compared with those of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing intervention,activated partial thromboplastin time in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the levels of D-dimer and fibrinogen in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with femoral fracture,the construction and implementation of the preventive nursing plan of perioperative DVT based on timing theory could prevent the occurrence of postoperative DVT effectively,and improve the postoperative recovery.
