Abstract:Objective To explore the application effects of different blood circulation pathway reconstruction methods in Tamai zone Ⅰ severed finger replantation. Methods According to different blood circulation pathway reconstruction methods,82 patients undergoing Tamai zone Ⅰ severed finger replantation of Tamai Ⅰ area from July 2020 to February 2024 in the Fifth People's Hospital of Anyang were divided into group A(arterial anastomosis group,30 cases),group B(arterial venolization group,29 cases)and group C(fingertip small-incision bloodletting group,23 cases).Surgical indexes, replantation finger function, quality of life and complications were compared among the three groups. Results There were no statistical differences in operation time and intraoperative blood loss among the three groups(P>0.05).Wound healing time in group B was shorter than that in group A and group C,survival rate of replantation,as well as recovery of finger function, fingernail length of affected finger,two-point discrimination of replantation finger and scores of Generic Quality of Life Inventory-74 at 6 months after surgery in group B were better than those in group A and group C(P<0.05),and the total incidence of postoperative complications was lower than that in group A and group C(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with arterial anastomosis and fingertip small-incision bloodletting, application of arterial venolization in reconstructing blood circulation pathway for Tamai zone Ⅰ severed fingers has the advantages of high survival rate of replantation, good postoperative recovery of finger function and few complications.
