Current researches of fibular grafting for the treatment of femoral head necrosis
Abstract：As a usual femoral head preservation surgical treatment,fibular grafting has been widely used and obtained good clinical effects.In this paper,etiology and pathological mechanism of femoral head necrosis as well as therapeutic methods were introduced,furthermore,current researches of treatment principles,surgical techniques,clinical effects and their influence factors,and perioperative complications were emphasized and reviewed.
