Abstract：Objective To analyze the mortality characteristics and trends in years of life lost due to four types of chronic diseases among registered residence residents in Chaoyang District of Beijing from 2014 to 2021,and to provide technical support for relevant departments to establish prevention and control programs.Methods Collecting monitoring data on causes of death,analyzing the crude mortality rate,standardized mortality rate,premature mortality rate and years of life lost due to four types of chronic disease deaths,as well as annual trends.Results From 2014 to 2021,the average annual crude mortality rate of four types of chronic diseases among registered residence residents in Chaoyang District of Beijing was 601.10 per 100 000,and the standardized mortality rate was 265.97 per 100 000,showing an upward trend in crude mortality.The crude mortality rate of males was higher than that of females.From 2014 to 2021,the premature mortality rate of four types of chronic diseases among 30-＜70 year old registered residence residents in Chaoyang District of Beijing was 9.72％;the potential years of life loss was 625 100 person years;the overall life loss rate was 37.15‰.Conclusion Residents in Chaoyang District of Beijing have a heavy burden of chronic diseases,which have a significant impact on their overall health and lifespan.Effective comprehensive prevention and control measures should be taken based on the symptoms and risk factors of the four types of chronic diseases,which has practical significance for prolonging lifespan.
