Exploration of optimization path of high quality development of elderly care services in Liaoning Province from the perspective of Digital Intelligence China

Abstract：The age of digital intelligence is accompanied by deep aging of population.How to solve the phenomenon of old age,disability and empty nest highlights the pension dilemma faced by the huge elderly groups in the province,which is an unprecedented and severe issue that Liaoning Province must face during the"14th Five-Year Plan"period.Through research on the status quo of Liaoning elderly care service,deeply analyzing the realistic difficulties in the high-quality development of Liaoning elderly care service,exploring the high quality development optimization path of Liaoning elderly care service from the perspective of"Digital Intelligence China",proposing to create advanced and inclusive intelligent elderly care infrastructure and stimulate the vitality of the silver economy.It is suggested to prepare for the construction of Liaoning Silver Economic and Industrial Park,take multiple measures to gather diversified medical and conservation talents;enhance the intellectual support for the sustainable development of smart elderly care services,segment the elderly market in Liaoning,accurately identify needs;dynamically match supply and demand,explore a new model of traditional Chinese medicine to help smart elderly care services,and advocate a positive outlook on aging;establish"silver age digital gap"long-term solution mechanism and other countermeasures and suggestions,in order to contribute high quality and efficient solutions to solve the old-age dilemma in Liaoning Province.
