Visualization analysis on policy tools in the field of medicine and health in China

Abstract:Objective Analyzing the relevant research literature on policy tools in the field of medicine and health from 2009 to 2021,using CiteSpace 5.8.R2 software to draw knowledge graphs and explore research hotspots,to provide reference for public policy tools and promoting the modernization of medicine in China.Methods Retrieving policy tool literature in the field of medicine and health from China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)from 2009 to 2021,and analyzing the research status in this field from the aspects of literature publication,institutions,keywords,etc.Results Finally,148 related studies were included,and the number of publications showed an increasing trend.The School of Health Economics and Management at Nanjing Traditional Chinese Medicine University had the highest number of publications,with 5 articles,accounting for 3.4%.The included literature contained a total of 600 keywords,with policy tools having the highest co-occurrence frequency of 92 times.The content related to hierarchical diagnosis and treatment and epidemic prevention and control was a hot topic in this field from 2009 to 2021.Conclusion Researchers in this field tend to use content analysis to analyze policy texts for research.Hierarchical diagnosis and treatment,as an important part of medical reform,its implementation effect and optimization path have always been the focus of researchers.The outbreak of the COVID-19 epidemic has made public health emergency response measures a hot research direction,reflecting the driving role of practical needs in the research direction.
