Analysis on hepatitis B vaccination situation of children aged 1-14 in Xizang Autonomous Region in 2014 and 2020

Abstract:Objective To explore the hepatitis B vaccine(HepB)vaccination of children aged 1-14 years old in Xizang Autonomous Region in recent years.Methods The survey data of children aged 1-14 years in Xizang Autonomous Region were selected from two national epidemiological surveys of HepB in 2014 and 2020 to comparative analysis.Results The HepB vaccination rates of children aged 1-14 years in 2014 and 2020 were 77.66%and 96.51%,respectively,with an increase of 24.26%in 2020 compared to 2014,the difference was statistically significant(x2=160.80,P<0.05).In 2014 and 2020,the full vaccination rates were 76.29%and 93.48%,respectively,with an 22.54%increase in 2020 compared to 2014(x2=244.25,P<0.05).Conclusion The HepB vaccination rate of children aged 1-14 in Xizang Autonomous Region in 2020 has significantly increased compared with 2014,and the vaccination rate and the full vaccination rate have reached a high level.It is urgent to improve the first timely vaccination of hepatitis B vaccine.
