Investigation and analysis of human resources status of immunization program in Baicheng County,Xinjiang

Abstract：Objective To understand and master the current situation of human resources of immunization program in Baicheng County,xinjiang uygur Autonomous Regien,in order to provide reference for optimizing the allocation of county Center for Disease Control and Prevention(CDC)and county,township medical institutions immunization planning human resources.Methods A questionnaire survey was formulated to conduct a survey among 17 vaccination clinics and staff in county CDC,3 county-level medical institutions and 14 township hospitals,statistical analysis was conducted on the data.Results In 2023,the county CDC had 4 immunization program staff,3 county-level medical institutions had 14 staff,14 township hospitals had 35 staff,the average allocation of each township was 1.59 per 10 000 permanent residents.Those engaged in immunization program accounted for 66.04％of junior college education;nursing profession accounted for 66.04％;40 years old and below accounted for 86.79％;women accounted for 86.79％;primary professional titles accounted for 43.40％,and no professional titles accounted for 35.85％.The job satisfaction of immunization planning staff in county CDC and county medical institutions was 100％,the satisfaction of township hospitals was only 60.00％.Conclusion The allocation of human resources for vaccination in township hospitals is not balanced,it is necessary to increase personnel adjustment and personnel training efforts,promote the balanced development of human resources in immunization programs.
