Analysis on the quality of life and its influencing factors in patients with mammary cancer from a hospital in Shandong Province

Abstract：Objective To understand the quality of life of mammary cancer patients in a hospital in Shandong Province and its influencing factors,so as to provide reliable suggestions for improving the quality of life of mammary cancer patients.Methods Simple random sampling method was used to collect the general demographic situation and quality of life data of mammary cancer patients who visited the mammary surgery department of Zaozhuang Municipal Hospital in Shandong Province from January to December 2023 through questionnaires.Results The scores of quality of life of mammary cancer patients were significantly different among different age groups,educational level,residential area,individual annual income status,occupational status and medical insurance form status(P＜0.05);through multi factor analysis,there were statistically significant differences in quality of life scores of mammary cancer patients between different age groups and marital status(P＜0.05).Conclusion It's necessary to focus on breast cancer patients from rural areas,poor economic conditions,young age,old age and low education level,and to strengthen breast cancer screening,achieve early disease screening,early diagnosis and early rehabilitation,constantly improve the medical experience,sense of gain and satisfaction of breast cancer patients,and gradually improve the quality of life of breast cancer patients.
