Research on the driving factors and critical paths of coordinated governance of community epidemic prevention and control:a qualitative comparative analysis of fuzzy sets based on 20 cases in China

Abstract：Objective To explore the driving factors and effective paths for the collaborative governance of community epidemic prevention and control.Methods Taking community epidemic prevention and control cases as the research object,qualitative comparative analysis method was adopted to analyze the main influencing factors of community epidemic prevention and control collaborative governance from the dimensions of participant subject,governance resources,governance technology,socio-economic development level and institutional guarantee.Results Institutional guarantees,governance technology,participant subject,socio-economic development levels,and governance resources were the main influencing factors for the effectiveness of community epidemic prevention and control collaborative governance.The consistency results of the four conditional configurations were all＞0.9,which could effectively explain the characteristics of community epidemic prevention and control governance.Conclusion Institutional guarantee is a necessary condition for achieving collaborative governance of community epidemic prevention and control,and internal and external collaboration is a key path to improving the effectiveness of community epidemic prevention and control.It is suggested to further improve the effectiveness of community epidemic prevention and control collaborative governance from the perspective of strengthening the institutional guarantee foundation,promoting the integration of internal and external forces,and formulating local measures.
