Research on multiple subjects collaborative governance of community epidemic prevention and control based on SFIC model

Abstract：Promoting community governance is the basic project to realize the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity.Taking the prevention and control of the COVID-19 epidemic as an example,based on the theory of collaborative governance and the analysis framework of SFIC model,the coupling process of grassroots governments,grassroots party committees,residents committees,community health service centers,social organizations and community residents as the main elements in community epidemic prevention and control is discussed from four dimensions:initial conditions,catalytic leadership,system design and collaborative process.So as to provide references for improving the public health emergency management system,community governance and resilient community construction under public health emergencies.
