Abstract：By analyzing the current situation of health emergency capacity construction of disease control and prevention institutions in Chongqing,focusing on the main problems,some countermeasures and suggestions have been proposed,including taking the reform of disease control and prevention institutions as an opportunity,to accelerate the improvement of the functions and responsibilities of the health emergency management department;building a flexible and efficient assessment and incentive mechanism for emergency teams;establishing a long-term management mechanism;strengthening government funding to enhance the construction of comprehensive health emergency support capabilities.It provides theoretical and decision supports for strengthening the construction of the health emergency capacity construction of Chongqing's disease control and prevention institutions.
