Analysis of status of hypertension and diabetes patients management in primary health care institutions in Gansu

Abstract：Objective To understand the status of hypertension and diabetes patients health management in primary health care institutions in Gansu.Methods The rates of hypertension and diabetes patients management in 14 cities in 2021 was analyzed by hierarchical clustering method.Results Compared with 2017,the health management rates of hypertension and diabetes in both primary health care institutions increased in 2021,with significant differences(P＜0.001).There were significant differences in hypertension and diabetes health management rates among cities and prefectures(P＜0.001).Conclusion There are differences between urban and rural areas in the health management of hypertension and diabetes in primary health care institutions in Gansu.The chronic disease management capacity of urban community health service centers worth more attention.
