Abstract:Objective To explore the current status and influencing factors of vaccine cognition among child guardians,and guide the publicity of prophylactic vacation.Methods A census-based online questionnaire was used to conduct a survey on vaccination cognition and vaccination attitudes among guardians of children who brought their children to the vaccination clinic in Baiyun District,Guangzhou City for the first time,and to analyze the influencing factors.Results The comprehensive cognition score of child guardians'vaccination knowledge in Baiyun District,Guangzhou City was(7.33± 1.49),and the correct answer rate of various vaccination knowledge was 39.50%-98.64%.Logistic regression analysis showed that the age,education level,occupation,family annual per capita income and residence attributes of child guardians were the factors affecting their cognition of vaccination.There were differences in the necessity of childhood vaccination among parents of children of different genders,literacy levels,occupations,parental status,nature of visits to vaccination clinics,and residence attributes,and differences in trust in vaccines among parents of children of different genders,literacy levels,occupations and parental status.The need for vaccination was significantly positively correlated with the vaccine confidence(r=0.332,P<0.001).Conclusion Children's guardians have a good level of vaccination cognition.It is necessary to strengthen vaccination publicity and education work to improve vaccination confidence.
