Abstract：Objective Using big data analysis to explore and establish a digital model for health status and risk prediction of patients with hypertension and diabetes.Methods Collect residents'health big data,determine the weight coefficient of risk factors and variable scoring rules of hypertension and diabetes patients by using attribution analysis method,Delphi method and big data analysis method.Establish the basic model of health index evaluation.Results We can scientifically and effectively establish a digital model for health status and risk prediction of hypertension and diabetes patients by big data analysis.Conclusion As a real-time,dynamic and quantifiable evaluation index,the digital model of health status and risk prediction of hypertension and diabetes patients established by big data can greatly promote the health management of chronic diseases and provide scientific basis for personal health self-management,graded and classified management and comprehensive prevention and treatment of regional chronic diseases.
