Analysis of the current situation and equity of human resource allocation in the centers for disease control and prevention

Abstract：Objective To describe the current situation of human resource allocation for disease control and prevention in China,comprehensively analyze the fairness and regional distribution differences of resource allocation,and put forward scientific basis for optimizing allocation.Methods Using Gini coefficient,Theil index and aggregation of health human resource to analyze the fairness of human resource allocation of disease control and health in China.Results The total number of health human resources in the centers for disease control and prevention in China decreased gradually,and there were great differences among regions.According to the calculation of Gini coefficient,from the perspective of population allocation,the Gini coefficient of the eastern,central and western regions was low,and the fairness was good.From the perspective of geographical area allocation,the eastern region exceeded the warning line of 0.4,and the fairness of the central and western regions was better.Conclusion Centers for disease control and prevention in China should customize different allocation standards of health human resources according to regional characteristics,improve the accessibility of health human resources in various regions,reasonably optimize China's disease control and health human resources and realize balanced allocation.
