Recovery,adaptation and response:research on the concept of community resilience

Abstract：Objective To explore and define the concept of community resilience.Methods Summarize the relevant literature of community resilience concepts included in Chinese and English databases such as Web of Science and CNKI,and draw and analyze the focus heart image vocabulary of community resilience concepts based on atomic atlas.Results"Recovery","adaptation"and"coping"were the core heart images of the concept of"community resilience";"risk disaster","prevention","development","resistance"were quasi-core heart images;"adjustment","shock","maintenance"were important heart images of the concept of"community resilience";words such as"stability","change","summing up experience"and"transcendence"were non-important heart images of the concept of"community resilience".Combined with the core heart image and based on the perspective of disaster research,the community resilience was tentatively defined as the ability of a community to response rapidly and recover in an orderly manner in the face of disaster,and to acquire adaptive development through continuous learning;it was a collection of abilities to recover,adapt and respond.Conclusion In the current era context,it is of great significance to re-examine the connotation and extension of the concept of"community resilience"for strengthening grassroots governance,and also has guiding significance for the construction of community resilience in the new era.
