Abstract:Objective To analyze the drug resistance of tuberculosis in Hulin from 2014 to 2016, provide the reference for the standardization of the use of anti-tuberculosis drugs. Methods A total of 270 strains were obtained, of which 1 failed and 9 kinds of drug sensitivity test were identified and tested against INH, S, EMB, RFP, OFX, CPM, PTO, PAS and KAM for 269 strains. Results A total of 267 strains (99.257%) of Hulin from 2014 to 2016 were mycobacterium tuberculosis complex strains, of which 191 were sensitive to the drug, 76 were resistant to the drug, the initial resistance rate was 27.54%, and retreatment resistance rate was 35.48%.The resistance rate of male was higher than that in female;living in cities and towns in the rate of resistance was higher than that in rural areas, the difference had no statistically significant (P>0.05).Poor working conditions had the higher rates, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The first-line drug resistance rate was 27.51%, the first-line drug resistance rate of the newly treated patients was 26.89%, first-line drug resistance rate of the retreatment patients was 25.81%;second-line drug resistance rate was 4.09%.The second-line drug resistance rate of the newly treated patients was 3.36%.The drug resistance rate of second-line drugs in retreatment patients was 9.68%.The top five drug resistance sequences of 9 kinds of antituberculosis drugs were S (24.54%), INH (13.38%), RFP (8.18%), OFX (4.09%) and EMB (1.86%).Conclusion Middle-aged, elderly people, men and poor people are the focus groups. At the same time, attention should be paid to the standard use of anti-tuberculosis drugs to minimize the number of drug-resistant patients.
