Abstract:Objective To understand the healthy population's antibody level of polio vaccine and before and after intensive immunization in Jiamusi, analyze the influencing factors of polio antibody level and evaluate the quality of immunization planning. Methods A total of 305 healthy subjects were randomly selected for a questionnaire survey.Antibody titers before and after immunization with polio were tested by microneutralization test.Chi-square test and binary logistic regression analysis were used to analyze and compare the levels of polio antibodies with different characteristics and the influencing factors. Results Four hundred and twenty blood samples were collected, among them, 305 were before and 115 were after poliomyelitis. Before immunization the positive rates of type Ⅰ~Ⅲ antibodies were 88.85%, 89.84% and 87.54% respectively. After immunization type I and type II were 100% and type III were 99.13%.The positive rates of antibodies before and after intensive comparison were statistically significant (P<0.01).There were significant differences in the positive rate of I-III antibody between different age groups and different counties before intensification (P<0.01).Age group and birth hospital level were positive factors for type I-III antibody. Conclusion The level of antibodies increases significantly after polio vaccine intensification in Jiamusi;the effect of intensified immunization antibodies in children age from 18 to 24 months is greater;the higher level of hospital at birth, the higher probability of positive polio antibodies;and the probability of positive polio antibodies decreases with the age of children.
