Abstract:Objective To understand the susceptibility changes of antibacterial drug and drug resistance spectrum of Neisseria gonorrhoeae in Deqing area, and provide theoretical basis for the rational and effective treatment of gonorrhea. Methods The agar dilution method recommended by the World Health Organization ( WHO) was used to determine the minimum inhibitory concentration of antimicrobial agents and the highly resistant tetracycline gonococcal tetracycline gonorrhoeae ( TRNG), and the paper-acid quantitative method was used to determine the strain PPNG producing lactamase-producing Neisseria gonorrhoeae. Results The sensitivity of 423 strains to spectinomycin and ceftriaxone was 100% without resistant strains, but there were 24 strains with moderate sensitivity to ceftriaxone ( 5. 67%). The sensitivity rate to azithromycin was78. 01%. The resistance rate to penicillin reached 89. 93%. The highest drug resistance was ciprofloxacin and no sensitive strain was found. Two hundred and thirteen strains were detected by use of PPNG ( 50. 4%) and there were no statistical significance ( P> 0. 05) on the changes in the four years. One hundred and ninety-seven strains were detected by TRNG ( 46.6%), and the trend of change with statistically significant in 4 years ( χ2= 21. 086, P < 0. 01). Conclusion Spectinomycin and ceftriaxone are still effective drugs in the treatment of gonorrhea, but the moderate sensitivity to ceftriaxone has increased to some extent, so the change of sensitivity should be monitored in time. The resistance of neisseria gonorrhoeae to penicillin, tetracycline and ciprofloxacin is still at a high level, and the resistance to azithromycin has increased to some extent.
