Abstract:Xylosandrus germanus is a newly emerging destructive borer in the Xichang grape-producing area.In order to enhance the efficiency of pest control, field trials were conducted in Xichang city,to explore for the first time the control efficacy of two groups of insecticides and two groups of fungicides in the combination of X.germanus.The results showed that the combinations of insecticides and fungicides had good rapid efficacy. The best treatment was 90%dichlorvos EC at 1 500-fold dilution combined with 20%xinjunan acetate AS at 2 000-fold dilution. At 1 day after application, the pest reduction rate and control efficacy were 79.86%and 79.64%,respectively,at 3 days after application, they were 16.75%and 16.04%,respectively.No new boreholes were observed on grape trunks at 7 days after application. The combinations of fungicides with 8%beta-cypermethrin·propoxur SC showed good persistent efficacy. The best treatment was 8%beta-cypermethrin·propoxur SC at 70-fold dilution combined with 25%azoxystrobin SC at 750-fold dilution. At 7 days after application, the pest reduction rate and control efficacy were 17.83%and 17.44%,respectively;at 14 days after application, they were 6.44%and 6.23%,respectively.The new borehole rate on grape trunks was less than 1%at 14 days after application. The results of this study could provide a reference for the scientific prevention and control of X.german us.
