The Current Situation and Development Strategies of China's Fruit Processing Industry

Abstract：In order to accurately assess the current situation of the fruit processing industry in China and promote its high-quality development,the paper systematically reviewed the current production status of major processed products such as fruit juice,fruit wine,canned food,dried fruit,and fruit vinegar,It analyzed prominent issues in the industry,including low processing conversion rates,low added value of products,and severe product homogenization.Furthermore,it delved into the underlying causes Based on the actual conditions of the industry,this paper proposed the development direction of the fruit processing industry in China,which included enhancing the level of fruit fine processing,developing personalized products,and appropriately developing varieties of high-acid fruits for processing,with the aim of providing new options for promoting the healthy development of the fruit processing industry,improving the overall economic benefits and market competitiveness of the fruit industry.
