Abstract：Standardization of the whole industrial chain of fruits is the core support for promoting the high-quality development of the industry and enhancing product competitiveness and brand value.Taking fruits standards in Shandong province as the research object,this paper sorted out the release of relevant standards for fruits in Shandong since 2000,systematically analyzed the current situation of standard construction for six major categories of fruits including pomes,stone fruits,and berries from the perspective of each link in the industrial chain,revealed the existing problems in the current standard system such as insufficient whole-chain coordination,uneven category coverage,and inadequate link adaptation,and finally put forward targeted improvement suggestions.This study provides theoretical reference for the standardized upgrading of the fruit industry in Shandong province and the realization of high-quality and efficient development.
