Abstract:To breed superior dry cucumber varieties,a comparative trial of plastic greenhouse autumn extension labor-saving cultivation was conducted using 10 hybrid combinations and'Lv dao No.7'as the control variety. The growth vigor, yield, and quality of the plants were investigated. The 13 important indicators were comprehensively evaluated using the membership function method. The results showed that the length of the commodity fruit C3 was 14.38 cm,the soluble solids content was 3.93%,the vitamin C content was 11.42 mg/100 g,and the yield was 2 338.67 kg/667 m2,of which the lateral vine yield was 1 457.45 kg/667 m2.With an overall membership function index of 0.634,C3 ranked first due to its excellent comprehensive performance.C1,C2 and C4 followed in sequence. This study provided a reference for breeding superior dry cucumber varieties suitable for labor saving cultivation in plastic greenhouses during the autumn delayed season.
