Abstract:To establish a green fertilization technology system suitable for the healthy development of the leading industries in Weichang county,Chengde city, and to provide a technical basis for the healthy and sustainable development of the potato industry that can be referenced and promoted, this study used the main potato cultivar'V7'in Weichang county as the experimental material. It analyzed the effects of reducing chemical fertilizer application and combining with microbial fertilizers on soil nutrients, rhizosphere microorganisms, enzyme activity,as well as potato yield and quality. The results showed that when applying 1 050 kg/hm2 of microbial inoculants as base fertilizer,900 kg/hm2 of commercial compound fertilizer(15-15-15),combined with drip irrigation, and topdressing with 525 kg/hm2 of potato-specific water-soluble fertilizer(N-P-K=20-12-20)and 34.5 kg/hm2 of mineral-derived potassium fulvate, the contents of soil available potassium, available phosphorus, and organic matter were significantly higher than those in the control. The abundance of soil bacteria and fungi,as well as the activities of catalase, urease, sucrase, and phosphatase, were significantly increased. The crop yield increased by 18.6%compared to conventional fertilization, and the single tuber weight increased by 14.8%.The dry matter content increased by 4.3%,the crude protein content increased by 10.3%,the starch content increased by 8.8%,and the quality was significantly improved. The fertilization mode of reducing chemical fertilizer application and combining it with microbial inoculants had a significant yield-increasing and efficiency-enhancing effect on local potatoes, and was suitable for promotion and application.
