Abstract:To investigate the effects of soybean phospholipid microbial fertilizer on Chapo celery growth, five treatments were tested:water control(CK),conventional fertilization(T1),soybean phospholipid microbial fertilizer at 300 times dilution(T2),400 times dilution(T3),and 500 times dilution(T4).Celery plant height, stem diameter, quality, and yield benefits were measured at different growth stages. Results showed that treatment T3 exhibited significantly higher plant height and stem diameter than other treatments.Per gram of fresh celery, soluble protein content reached 2.12 mg and soluble sugar content reached 2.93 mg,representing 2.6 times and 1.6 times increased over CK,respectively. The T3 treatment yielded the highest net output value at 10 173.44 yuan/667 m2,representing an increase of 2 874.56 yuan/667 m2 compared to the CK.The input-output efficiency was markedly superior. In summary, the T3 treatment was suitable for celery production in Chapo, providing a practical basis for the green and efficient cultivation of celery.
