Abstract:This study employed Sanghuangporus spp.as the subject material, utilising a modified PDA medium to investigate the tolerance levels of mycelia from Jilin(China),the republic of Korea, and Guangxi(China)(designated SH1,SH2,and SH3,respectively)towards salinity, alkalinity, acidity, high temperatures, and low temperatures. Results indicated that the salt tolerance limits of SH1,SH2,and SH3 mycelia were 4%,1.6%and 5%,respectively.Acidic and alkaline conditions exerted significantly differing effects on the growth of these S.spp.mycelia.The acid tolerance limited for SH1,SH2,and SH3 hyphae were pH=3,1,1,respectively,and the alkaline tolerance limit for all three strains was pH=13.Temperature tolerance differences among the three strains were within 1 ℃.All strains exhibited strong environmental adaptability, however, distinct strain-specific characteristics were observed in their tolerance limit to salt, acid, and temperature.Notably,SH3 demonstrated the most pronounced tolerance to both salt and heat. This study systematically compared the multidimensional stress resistance of S.spp.strains from diverse geographical origins. It aimed to elucidate the evolutionary mechanisms underlying their environmental adaptability and to identify strains possessing specific stress resistance advantages. This paper provided crucial theoretical foundations for the introduction of strains into artificial cultivation and for the targeted breeding of S.spp.varieties.
