Current Situation and Development Suggestions for Fruit Industry in Jiangsu Province

Abstract：In recent years,Jiangsu province has been promoting the high-quality development of the fruit industry with the guidance of"green,high-quality,simplified and efficient".However,under the background of supply side structural reform and the policy of preventing non-grain use of cultivated land,the high-quality development of fruit industry faces many challenges.In order to review the achievements and shortcomings of industrial development,this article described the basic situation of Jiangsu's fruit industry(excluding watermelon and muskmelon),covering aspects such as production scale,planting structure,distribution,and facility cultivation.It analyzed the problems and deficiencies faced by the industry including the breeding and promotion of improved varieties,production costs,and green production.Relevant development suggestions were proposed,which would help clarify the key breakthrough directions and work promotion focus for future industrial development.
