Standardized High-quality and High-yield Cultivation Technology for Red Pear

Abstract：Red pears have high nutritional value and excellent cultivation traits,thus boasting broad prospects in the development of leisure and sightseeing orchards as well as modern urban agriculture.In the early stage of this study,a 9-year variety experiment was conducted,followed by demonstration and promotion in Zhoukou city and its neighboring cities including Nanyang,Pingdingshan,Puyang,Luohe,as well as Yuncheng city in Shanxi province.On this basis,a relatively systematic technical specification for red pear cultivation was summarized from the aspects of variety selection,orchard site selection and planning,seedling requirements and selection,orchard establishment,aiming to facilitate the standardized and high-quality production of red pears.
