Abstract:Taking Stropharia rugosoannulata as the research subject and using JUNCAO(Pennisetum sinese and Arund donax cv.Lvzhou No.1)as the main materials, this study analyzed the effects of different fermentation treatments and composite formulations on the mycelial growth, nutrient composition, and heavy metal content. The results showed that, after 8 days of fermentation treatment, the comprehensive evaluation of fungal growth rate, fruiting body yield, single mushroom quality, and stem cover ratio was optimal, and the average yield of P.sinese was increased by more than 10%compared to A.donax cv.Lvzhou No.1.Different mixed formulas had certain effects on mycelial growth and agronomic traits of fruiting bodies. The two formulas(A.donax cv.Lvzhou No.1 40%,corn cob 30%,rice husk 30%,and P.sinese 60%,corn cob 10%,rice husk 30%)had the best evaluation of fungal and fruiting body traits.Different mushroom and grass formula treatments resulted in significant improvements in nutritional indicators such as crude polysaccharides, crude fiber, protein, total amino acid content, and some amino acids in the fruiting body of S.rugosoannulata compared to the control group.Overall, the best comprehensive evaluation was obtained for the mushroom grass after 8 days of fermentation treatment. There were four sets of relatively optimal mushroom grass formulas, namely 20%A.donax cv.Lvzhou No.1+50%corn cob+30%rice husk,40%A.donax cv.Lvzhou No.1+30%corn cob+30%rice husk,20%P.sines+50%corn cob+30%rice husk, and 60%P.sinese+10%corn cob+30%rice husk.
