Abstract:Root-knot nematodes(Meloidogyne spp.)are a central causative factor in the continuous cropping obstacles faced by greenhouse vegetables.Although traditional chemical fumigation is effective in the short term,it tends to disrupt the ecological balance of the soil. This study focused on a cold-frame greenhouse under continuous cropping for 12 years in Tongzhou district,Beijing city.It integrated chloropicrin soil fumigation, microbial agents(Century Arms and Leili),and arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi(AMF)seedling technology to systematically evaluate their synergistic effects on root-knot nematode control, crop yield, and soil fertility and microbiology. The results indicated that the T3 treatment(chloropicrin+Leili microbial agent)reduced nematode density by 46.0%and 57.3%in the tomato and lettuce seasons. After tomato harvest, soil organic matter increased by 38.2%,and readily available potassium content rosed by 52.5%compared to the control group. The T1 treatment(mycorrhizal seedlings)achieved a 14.5%and 11.5%increase in tomato and lettuce yields, respectively,by enhancing phosphorus uptake. This study demonstrated that chloropicrin combined with functional microbial agents could synergistically address the contradiction between nematode control and soil remediation, providing technical support for the sustainable development of facility agriculture.
